The success of a wide introduction of the Rope pump technology in Cambodia depends on enough start-up capital for setting up distribution channels in several provinces.   Access to finance will assist the poor to access to products.   Lack of distribution systems is withholding Cambodia’s poor of access to products like the Rope pump.
