	Opening for investors IaW is offering a 2 year investment scheme. The success of a wide introduction of the Rope pump in Cambodia depends on enough start up funds to start leasing circles. It is expected that the majority of the poor Cambodians will not be in the position to buy a $130 pump in cash. Therefore a lease-to-buy system could be an answer to the demand.
