at Work is looking for investors in the Rope Pump factory and its distribution channel.

Seeing is believing. The start up of a local distribution channel needs 100 Rope-Pumps
for demonstration in 100 villages (€10.000). Rope-Pump technology has a life-cycle
of 5-10 years and the maintenance cost is around €3 per year. Therefore for
120 Khmer riel per day per family (US$0.04 or €0,03) a family of 5 has easy
access to cleaner water. Over 4000 sold pumps have been installed in the field in
the past 5 years benefiting 250,000 people.
Although we strongly believe in our program and our products and our business plan
anticipates reaching break-even point in 2012 and profits after, we feel obliged
to warn that in the unlikely event of failing we will not be able to return the
investment.
With an investment of €10,000 = 100 Rope Pumps we:
make the lives of around 5.000-7.500 people easier
about 3000 women and girls who have the job to collect the daily family water need
will see a significant increase in available time for school and other work.
approximately 1000-1500 families have better quality water without sand and dirt
and 90% less bacteria in the well.
